The Specna Arms MP40 RETRO AEG (X-ASR) – Brown is a historically inspired airsoft replica of the iconic MP40 submachine gun from World War II. Part of the Specna Arms RETRO series, this MP40 is designed for players, re-enactors and collectors looking for an authentic historical appearance combined with reliable AEG technology.
The replica combines metal and high-quality polymer to achieve a realistic appearance and weight distribution. The receiver, barrel, sights, magazine housing and bolt cover are made from metal, while several other components use durable polymer construction. The folding metal wire stock allows the MP40 to be made more compact for transportation or use in confined spaces.
For an authentic handling experience, the replica features a distinctive control system in which the position of the charging handle affects the firing mode. This allows the MP40 to operate in both semi-automatic and full-automatic modes.
Internally, the Specna Arms MP40 RETRO is equipped with a GATE X-ASR MOSFET. The electronic system helps improve trigger response and protects the electronics against overload. An integrated LED diagnostic system also makes it easier to identify potential electronic issues.
The MP40 RETRO is particularly suited to WWII MilSim, historical re-enactment, airsoft events and collectors looking for a recognizable and historically styled airsoft replica.
The replica includes a Mid-Cap magazine, speedloader, cleaning rod and GATE X-ASR Diagnostics Card. Battery and charger are not included.
