The Specna Arms STEN MK.II(S) Command Grip RETRO AEG (X-ASR/Tracer) is a unique historical airsoft replica based on the STEN MK.II(S) Special Purpose, developed for British special operations during the Second World War. This distinctive Command Grip configuration replaces the traditional stock with a compact pistol grip, inspired by experimental variants used by paratroopers and special forces.
As part of the Specna Arms RETRO Series, this replica combines authentic WWII styling with modern airsoft technology, making it an excellent choice for historical reenactment, MilSim events, collectors and players looking for a truly distinctive platform.
Without a shoulder stock, the replica is noticeably shorter than the standard STEN MK.II(S), allowing exceptional maneuverability in trenches, bunkers, buildings and other confined environments—exactly the type of situations for which the original special-purpose variants were intended.
The rifle is constructed primarily from steel, including the receiver, magazine housing, charging handle, trigger guard, iron sights and the distinctive Command Grip. The removable aluminium suppressor houses both the battery compartment and the integrated GATE X-ASR MOSFET, preserving the authentic external appearance.
The included tracer unit illuminates tracer BBs while simulating realistic muzzle flash, creating an immersive shooting experience during low-light and night games. A USB-C charging cable is included.
Internally, the rifle features the reliable GATE X-ASR MOSFET, which protects the electrical system, improves trigger response and extends the lifespan of both the battery and gearbox. Integrated LED diagnostics allow users to quickly identify common electrical faults.
With its compact dimensions, historical authenticity and modern electronics, the Specna Arms STEN MK.II(S) Command Grip is an outstanding choice for WWII enthusiasts, collectors and players seeking a unique Special Operations airsoft replica.
The package includes a Mid-Cap magazine, tracer unit, BB speedloader, cleaning rod and GATE X-ASR Diagnostics Card. Battery and charger are not included.
