The Specna Arms J-Series™ replica carbines are made largely from steel ,with steel components including the barrel, breech cover, outer barrel, trigger guard, magazine catch, selector wing, QD mount on the butt, extractor, pins and rivets. The remaining metal parts are made of zinc-aluminium alloy (butt guide, M-LOK and RIS-compatible handguard, discharge device), and the special coating used to finish them gives the replica a very realistic look. The pistol grip and ergonomic stock, finished with a rubber footplate, are made of polymer.
